Book Publication & Website Development
Project Overview

The Little Book Of Trading Secrets by ZFT aimed to position itself as a must-have resource for traders.

The primary objective was to create a tool that not only served as an educational guide but also built credibility and trust with its audience, ultimately driving sales and establishing ZFT as an authority in the trading community.

I led this project from start to finish, overseeing everything from the initial brainstorming and concept development through to final publication. This also included the creation of a highly focused, well-optimised landing page designed to capture leads and convert visitors into buyers. The goal was to create a seamless, compelling user experience from the moment the visitor landed on the page, leading them to a purchase decision by offering them valuable content and easy access to buying the book.

Project Approach

For the successful delivery of The Little Book of Trading Secrets, we adopted Scrum methodology to manage the project. The iterative nature of Scrum allowed us to stay flexible and adapt as we moved forward, refining the product based on client feedback and market needs. I worked closely with content developers, editors, designers, printers, and the client to ensure the book’s message resonated with its target market. Alongside this, I also managed the development of the landing page, overseeing the UI/UX and WordPress development to ensure seamless integration with the book's branding and maximise conversions.

Managing local and international suppliers—such as printers and web developers—was key to the project's success. Clear communication channels were established early on to ensure alignment across different time zones, and digital tools like Discord and Trello facilitated smooth collaboration. One of the strategies we employed was using the ICE (Interactive Education) framework, which enabled us to create an engaging and educational experience for users through both the content of the book and the design of the landing page. This approach kept the educational focus of the book central, while driving engagement and conversions.

The landing page played a crucial role in the project’s success. It was optimised for both mobile and desktop experiences, with strategic calls to action, clear value propositions, and seamless navigation that allowed visitors to purchase the book with ease. We also implemented lead-capture strategies, offering free previews and exclusive bonuses to nurture leads and convert them into buyers.

The Little Book of Trading Secrets launched successfully, quickly selling out its initial print run. The content and design were perfectly in sync with the book's brand identity and the goal of providing valuable insights to traders, and the user-friendly, conversion-optimised landing page played a pivotal role in ensuring that we captured and converted interested visitors.
