A strategic e-commerce rebranding and digital transformation project that redefined ZFT’s online presence. By applying agile project management, we successfully launched a new e-commerce platform that serves as a central hub for online trading courses, face-to-face events, and branded merchandise—expanding ZFT’s reach and positioning them as an industry leader in financial education.

As part of their commitment to empowering traders, the community needed a modernised e-commerce platform to streamline access to trading courses, event tickets, and merchandise. I led the end-to-end rebranding and launch of this platform, aligning the project with their evolving business model.
By implementing agile project management, we ensured a dynamic, iterative approach that allowed for continuous improvement based on real-time feedback. From conceptualisation to execution, the project focused on optimising the customer journey, streamlining payment and registration processes, and integrating marketing automation to drive conversions.

Our agile strategy prioritised flexibility, collaboration, and rapid iteration to deliver a high-performance e-commerce platform. We conducted a brand and market analysis to define a strong positioning strategy, ensuring the new platform aligned with ZFT’s identity and business goals. Through sprint-based development cycles, we refined the website’s UX/UI design, optimised the checkout flow, and implemented scalable e-learning solutions to support digital course distribution.
The marketing strategy incorporated multi-channel promotions, including targeted email campaigns, social media engagement, and influencer partnerships to drive pre-launch buzz. Data-driven decision-making was at the core of our approach, allowing us to pivot strategies in response to user behaviour and feedback. We also established an integrated digital ecosystem, connecting the e-commerce site with analytics platforms and automated marketing workflows for ongoing growth and scalability. The rebranded e-commerce platform successfully positioned ZFT as a premier provider of trading education and events, increasing online course enrolments and event registrations.
