Sugar & Slice, a well-established business, was transitioning from a B2C model to a B2B approach under new ownership.

The goal was to re-establish itself in the market as a premium B2B partner while maintaining the brand’s original essence. This project involved a complete brand overhaul, including the creation of a new logo, visual identity, and comprehensive brand guidelines. Additionally, we developed a strategic marketing plan to align with the business's new focus and objectives. The rebranding aimed to elevate Sugar & Slice’s presence and help them make a seamless transition into the B2B space, all while appealing to a new set of business clients.

The project took a collaborative approach, with a focus on design thinking as the core methodology. This allowed us to deeply understand the vision and goals of the new owner and extract the strategic direction and brand identity that would truly resonate with their target B2B market.

Working closely with the owner and an offshore talented Creative Designer, we began by defining Sugar & Slice's core values, mission, and vision. This process of discovery and empathy was key in aligning the brand with its new business-oriented focus. Through design thinking, we could extract the essence of what the owner wanted to communicate while ensuring the brand’s identity and strategy were aligned with future goals.

From this foundation, I developed a cohesive brand strategy that positioned Sugar & Slice as a premium B2B partner—offering a fresh and engaging approach to their industry. We crafted a new logo and visual identity that conveyed the company’s shift towards professionalism, while still reflecting the creativity and passion behind the brand. This was paired with a strategic marketing plan that served as a roadmap for the company’s marketing efforts moving forward. The plan was designed to attract, engage, and convert their new target audience of business clients, ensuring long-term growth.

The new brand identity and marketing strategy enabled Sugar & Slice to confidently enter the B2B market, increase brand recognition, and engage with their ideal clients. This allowed the business to effectively communicate its value proposition, leading to increased customer loyalty, stronger brand positioning, and sustainable business growth.
